McKenzie Nalley and beautifully illustrated by Zuzanna Kwiecien. This issue is a special issue of horror and dark fantasy, and I’m thrilled to be included in it! My story is a dark fable of the dangers of… kindness. At the end of a very long day, Theo wants nothing more than a warm fire and a good rest. But when magical Etta sees how kind a man he is, she proposes an alternate more magical plan\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
