I’m so proud of *my* writers \u2013 the members of the Northern Beaches Writers’ Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I’m proud of them because they come from many different backgrounds and bring a wealth of experience to their stories. Some of them write crime, romance or speculative fiction, some write children\u2019s, young-adult or teen fiction, while others write biographies, histories, non-fiction books or manuals \u2013 it\u2019s a real range and you wouldn’t think there’d be any common ground. Yet there is \u2013 a passion for writing and using it to bring smiles to readers’ faces (sometimes tension or horror too!).<\/p>\n

I’m also proud of them when I see them in the news, and today our WABIAD members are in it twice \u2013 both in the Manly Daily <\/em>and The Daily Telegraph<\/em>. Go team!<\/p>\n
